The new Liebert® APM2 is a high power density high frequency modular UPS with revolutionary SiC devices that brings exceptional features to critical infrastructure applications, delivering up to 97.5% guaranteed exceptional double conversion efficiency, significant savings in infrastructure operating costs and reduced total cost of ownership (TCO) and environmental impact. The Liebert® APM2 power range extends from 60-600kVA, with a choice of capacity racks depending on requirements, and the built-in 60kVA scalable power module also allows for quick and easy system capacity increases through the featured FlexPower technology™ hot-swap technology. The Liebert APM2 is also equipped with a 9″” colour touch screen in English and Chinese for clear, flexible and easy access to equipment, operation and remote management of equipment information via platforms such as Vetti Trellis, as well as operating instructions to prevent misuse when performing operations that could cause a power failure. The communication protocol is also compatible with the user’s third party power environment monitoring system. The Liebert EXL S1 Series UPS is now easily compatible with Vertiv HPL and other third party lithium battery solutions. The APM2 has been designed with high quality long life AC/DC capacitors that do not need to be replaced throughout the life cycle of the UPS; the power modules are designed with independent air ducts to dissipate heat. The power module is designed with separate air ducts to isolate the air ducts from the power components, preventing the risk of arc pulling caused by dust accumulation.
